Meet Laura, Artist & Founder
Hi, I'm Laura. I'm the artist and founder of The Little Art Shed Studio. My passion is creating welcoming spaces where people of all ages can discover confidence, creativity and the joy of making art.

Laura's Creative Practice
Alongside teaching and running The Little Art Shed Studio, I'm also a practising artist with a passion for colour, texture and expressive painting.
My own artwork is inspired by the beauty of everyday moments and the emotions they evoke. Each piece is created through an intuitive process of layering, mark-making and experimentation, allowing every painting to tell its own unique story.
Being an active artist means I'm constantly exploring new techniques and ideas, which I love bringing back into the studio to inspire others.

What to Expect
Whether you're joining us for a children's class, an adult workshop or a special event, you'll be welcomed into a relaxed, friendly studio where creativity comes first.
There's no pressure to be perfect and no expectation that you'll already know what you're doing. I'll guide you every step of the way, with plenty of encouragement, inspiration and all the materials you need ready and waiting.
Come as you are, enjoy the process and leave with something you've created—and hopefully a smile too.
